In any house cleansing/clearing situation, we try to charge the minimum that
we possibly can to make this service available to you. We come prepared and
work as quickly as we can. We deeply know and understand the damaging
effects of living in a polluted and/or infested space and we want to be able
to provide our service to you. What you must also understand is that when
COLS comes to your space to perform a cleansing, there will be 3-5 of us,
who have driven across town and are now giving you our time and expertise.
You should also know that performing these services for you often times,
takes a personal toll on the members of COLS as well, as these cleansings
can be very demanding. For those reasons, we believe our fees to be fair.
However, if you are in desperate need and can not afford our service, please
call anyway. We will do our best to work something out with you.
Please note: Cleansing will include, by necessity, attic spaces, crawl
spaces, garages, storage areas, and sometimes areas outside the house. Many
people are not aware that haunting activity that occurs in the house could
also be coming from outside the house or even adjoining land or properties.
All these areas must be checked in order for us to be certain that we have
fully cleared your space.

Small space $100, or low income $50.00
(The space can be cleared within an hours time)
One to two Hours OR
Medium space
(1500-3000 sq ft) $200.00
Two to Three Hours OR
(3000-4000 sq ft) $200-300
(Fee depends on the severity of the clearing)
More than Three Hours OR
(4000 + sq ft) $300.00 minimum
(Fee depends on the severity of the clearing)
Difficult entities, Repeated visits, OR big house & yard $300.00 min.
(Fee will go up depending on the severity of the clearing, materials used,
and time spent.)
